Pulley Division
Pulley business unit was found in 1999 and the office and production plant was located in Dayi county which the floor area is 62,000 square meters. The factory has the casting, rough machining, finish machining and surface coating complete production lines with 18 of sets CNC vulcanizing machines, 6 sets Auto glue sprayer, 13 sets of Kia global function CNC lathe, 5 sets of drilling center and 250 sets fine machining equipments. The annual output is 5 million sets. The casting mould, vulcanization, rubber gasket-press in and coating process are the advanced process and very stable. We had developed the long term business with domestic and international customers and we are taking the leading role with our competitors at the market share.

To effectively guarantee the quality of billet parts manufacturing process control, responded to the requirements of the state environmental protection policy, at the same time, along with the development trend of industrial intelligent manufacturing, according to company strategy development, we built one DISA - C3 casting production line upon existing casting line with the modelling speed 350 / hour. Electric furnace iron module, high efficiency and energy saving, automatic burden with green sand on-line detection module, the molten iron transportation automatic control module, the entire factory implementation of green environmental protection, Intelligent manufacturing, to achieve optimum best quality, cost and is in line with the national industrial policy new casting factory. We make the high-end casting production base. -
